finance. The Board is comprised of Directors whom also hold decades of experience in company management, corporate governance, financial services and investment management. ZAC BRANKOVIC – Director, Brand & Marketing Manager Zac has looked after the overall operations and marketing for retail businesses for decades. This has included staff management, product buying, new store development, advertising and public relations. He relays his energy and vision through all of the staff, stake holders and brand partners. His vision for the growth of brands is intricate and passionate aligning the strategy with successful international retail businesses. Zac has also served in marketing and promotions roles with the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and Columbia Tri-Star Pictures Australia. GEOFF MOORE FAICD – Director Geoff is a Director of Newhaven Group Pty Ltd, Director of Newhaven Wealth Pty Ltd and serves as Responsible Manager of Newhaven Wealth’s Australian Financial Services License and co-Responsible Manager of the Australian Credit License. He is a Director and Officer in Effective Control of Newhaven R.E Pty Ltd, Licensed Real Estate Agent. Geoff was the founder and Managing Director of the AFS group, a national network of 60 offices in 1995. He also established a successful Masterfund investment business that grew to $550 million of Funds within 3 years. JAY GRANT DIP FS FP – Director Jay is Head of Business Strategy for Newhaven Wealth and Director of Newhaven Group, Newhaven Managed Investments, Newhaven Wealth and Weatherall Developments. Prior to joining Newhaven Group, Jay served as Head of Business Strategy and Corporate Partnerships with A Better Choice Financial Planning. Previously he was Senior Partner at Hughes Kennedy Consulting, a wealth advisory and consulting firm. Jay has extensive experience including; Government policy development and speech writing for a State Premier, consulting work with TCF Consulting and the TCFL Design & Research Centre and work with NGO’s. DON LEE – General Manager Logistics & Stock Control Don is a senior partner at Newhaven Group and Director of Newhaven Real Estate, and Weatherall Developments. Don has worked in logistics with global firm Siemens International providing an overview and improvement to Siemens logistics chain throughout that company’s Asia Pacific operation. Don also has extensive knowledge and experience in freight transport and logistics management within Australia and globally. Don comes from a three-generation family transport company. |
